I brought a case with a discount of 15% and the discount was not taken off the paid price. I’ve ordered a case and have been waiting for 4 weeks now. This store is trash

Ordered a halo phone cover for Galaxy S6 to replace my 5 year old one (same make). We ordered from Fruugo. Both i-Blason and Fruugo have been absolutely superior. THANK YOU! Got the new phone cover and my S6 is smiling again.

Had to get my phone imported (Amazon UK) didn’t sell the one I wanted. The colour was not as advertised and the built in screen protector is rubbish, I barely use my phone but already have lots of very noticeable scratches on the screen protector. I decided to email them stating the above issues and my reply was...Thank your feedback. Enjoy your product.

I've bought a number of cases/holsters, the protective cover is great and the quick release is good in fact the overall design is great. They are excellent value for money, but every time eventually the belt clip breaks off. This would be a five star if you could buy a new clip instead of the whole thing.

I bought an Iphone 8 case. Looks and feels cheap, the “protective screen” is just some thin film, the clip broke off after just 2 months, in addition, when my phone dropped just one time the screen was cracked. When you contact them about them they brush you off saying they’re not the vendor... bunch of Chinese scammers! Avoid!

case for my note 8 was excellent but someone tried to rip my MasterCard of 500 dollars during the payment process which the bank noticed and stopped because there wasn't enough funds in the account...

after reading lots of positive reviews i bought their toughest case for my macbook.
what a waste of time money and frustration.
in my opinion false advertising because they pride themselves on all sorts of protection but when it fell from 30cm on a carpet the screen was ruined.

now i need to go fix my laptop.

after leaving a review they left a message to contact them. told them what happened. they issued a refund (Amazon would have done it themselves so I wasn't excited from their service).

funny thing was they "answered me" by saying that they are sad i issued a refund (they did, i was still waiting for a response for my horrible experience.....,) and that their warranty covers the case and not the laptop 🤣🤣🤣.

will NEVER buy from them again.

They really gotta work on their customer service, bought a Supcase for my Note 10+ and they had a code advertised on their site for 30% off Amazon purchases. The code never worked and the person on the phone didn't even offer to somehow make it right! Shame since I love their cases and have them on atleast 5 devices currently!

I ordered a I-phone 8 + case on the 15th of may. there was problems with shipping after contacting them 3 times they are now ignoring me
but they stole my $32 I would not recommend this fly by night co to any body.

Absolutely fabulous customer service, in person, from Ben in their Wycombe office. Wonderful product (Supcase Beetle for iPad mini). Our third purchase. Does exactly what it says. First rate product. First class service. Highly recommended
